Stéphane Quême (French pronunciation: [stefan kɛm]) (born January 2, 1973), known as DJ Falcon, is a French DJ, record producer and photographer. He is the brother of Delphine Quême (Quartet) and a cousin of Alan Braxe (Alain Quême). He has been described as "French touch's great minimalist".

Cassius was a French musical duo active from 1988 to 2019 and consisting of producers Philippe Cerboneschi and Hubert Blanc-Francard, better known as Zdar and Boombass (or sometimes Philippe Zdar and Hubert Boombass). Under its different incarnations the duo is likened to the "French touch" movement of electronic music in the second half of the 1990s.

Pharrell Lanscilo Williams is an American musician, songwriter, record producer and fashion designer. He initially became known as one half of the music production duo the Neptunes, which he established alongside Chad Hugo in 1992. Fifteen of their productions have peaked within the top ten of the Billboard Hot 100, which includes four songs that peaked atop the chart. The two also formed the rock and hip-hop band N.E.R.D. with Shay Haley in 1999, for which Williams served as lead vocalist. He has been regarded as one of the most influential producers in modern popular music. He has also contributed music to all Despicable Me animated films.

"Around the World" is a song by French electronic music duo Daft Punk. It was written by the duo and released in April 1997 by Virgin as the second single from their debut studio album, Homework (1997). The song became a major club hit globally and reached number one on the dance charts in Canada, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States. It also peaked at number one in Iceland and Italy. The song's lyrics solely consist of the words "around the world", repeated on loop for a total of 144 times in the album version. The music video was directed by Michel Gondry and choreographed by Blanca Li. In 2011, NME placed it at number 21 on its list "150 Best Tracks of the Past 15 Years", and in 2025, Billboard magazine ranked it among "The 100 Best Dance Songs of All Time".

"Da Funk" is an instrumental track by French electronic music duo Daft Punk, initially released as a 12-inch single in May 1995 by Soma and Virgin Records and later included on their debut album, Homework (1997). Prior to its inclusion on the album, "Da Funk" received little attention and was limited to 2,000 copies. The song and its accompanying music video directed by Spike Jonze are considered classics of 1990s house music. It went on to sell 30,000 copies in 1997. A reversed clip of the song was also released on Homework as "Funk Ad", which is the final track on the album.

Discovery is the second studio album by the French electronic music duo Daft Punk, released on 12 March 2001 by Virgin Records. It marked a shift from the Chicago house style of their first album, Homework (1997), to a house style more inspired by disco, post-disco, garage house, and R&B. Thomas Bangalter of Daft Punk described Discovery as an exploration of song structures, musical forms, and childhood nostalgia, compared to the "raw" electronic music of Homework.

Chromeo is a Canadian electro-funk duo from Montreal, formed in 2002 by musicians David "Dave 1" Macklovitch and Patrick "P-Thugg" Gemayel. Their sound draws from soul music, dance music, rock, synth-pop, disco and funk. As of 2024, the band has released six studio albums, with three of them hitting the Billboard 200 charts. Human After All is the third studio album by the French electronic music duo Daft Punk, released on 14 March 2005 through Virgin Records. Whereas their previous studio album, Discovery (2001), was inspired by disco and garage house and produced over two years, Human After All was more minimalistic and improvisational with heavier guitars and electronics, and was produced in six weeks.

Justice is a French electronic music duo consisting of Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay. They are known for incorporating strong rock and disco influences into their music and image. The band's debut album Cross was released in June 2007. The album was later nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Electronic/Dance Album and came in at number 15 on Pitchfork's "Top 50 Albums of 2007" and number 18 on Blender's "25 Best Albums of 2007" list.

Tron: Legacy is the soundtrack album to the 2010 film of the same name, with twenty-two tracks featuring music by French electronic music duo Daft Punk. The first film score written by Daft Punk, the music was composed and produced by Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, arranged and orchestrated by Joseph Trapanese, and conducted by Gavin Greenaway.

Random Access Memories is the fourth and final studio album by the French electronic music duo Daft Punk. It was released on 17 May 2013 through Columbia Records. The album pays tribute to late 1970s and early 1980s American music, particularly from Los Angeles. This theme is reflected in the packaging and promotional campaign, which included billboards, television advertisements and a web series. Recording sessions took place from 2008 to 2012 at Henson, Conway and Capitol Studios in California, Electric Lady Studios in New York City, and Gang Recording Studio in Paris, France.

"Get Lucky" is a song by French electronic music duo Daft Punk featuring American musician Pharrell Williams and American guitarist Nile Rodgers. Daft Punk released the song as the lead single from their fourth and final studio album, Random Access Memories, on 19 April 2013. Before its release as a single, it was featured in television advertisements broadcast during Saturday Night Live, after which Rodgers and Williams announced their involvement in the track. "Get Lucky" is a house-inspired disco, funk, and pop track with lyrics that, according to Williams, are about the good fortune of connecting with someone, as well as sexual chemistry. Upon release, it received widespread acclaim from music critics, who praised Williams's vocals and Rodgers's guitar riffs.
