My Hero Academia: Vigilantes

My Hero Academia: Vigilantes is a Japanese manga series written by Hideyuki Furuhashi and illustrated by Betten Court. It is both a spin-off and a prequel to Kōhei Horikoshi's manga series My Hero Academia. It was serialized in Shueisha's Jump Giga in August 2016, but was transferred to Shueisha's online magazine, Shōnen Jump+, in October of the same year, with its chapters additionally collected in 15 tankōbon volumes. An anime television series adaptation produced by Bones Film aired from April to June 2025. A second season aired from January to March 2026.

My Hero Academia: World Heroes' Mission

My Hero Academia: World Heroes' Mission is a 2021 Japanese animated superhero film based on an original story featuring the characters of My Hero Academia manga series by Kōhei Horikoshi. Produced by Bones and distributed by Toho, the third film of the franchise is directed by Kenji Nagasaki from a script written by Yōsuke Kuroda and stars Daiki Yamashita, Nobuhiko Okamoto, and Yuki Kaji as part of an ensemble cast. In the film, taking place during the Endeavor Agency arc of the manga, Izuku Midoriya and his classmates join the Pro-Heroes around the world for a mission to stop a terrorist plan that will bring an end to humanity.

My Hero Academia: You're Next

My Hero Academia: You're Next is a 2024 Japanese animated superhero film based on an original story featuring the characters of My Hero Academia manga series by Kōhei Horikoshi. Produced by Bones and distributed by Toho, the film is directed by Tensai Okamura from a script written by Yōsuke Kuroda and features an ensemble cast that includes Daiki Yamashita, Nobuhiko Okamoto, Yuki Kaji, Ayane Sakura, and Kaito Ishikawa. Taking place after the U.A. Traitor arc of the manga and during the seventh season of the show, the film follows Izuku Midoriya as he faces off against Dark Might, an evil imitator of Izuku's long-admired hero All Might.

My Hero Academia

My Hero Academia is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Kōhei Horikoshi. It was serialized in Shueisha's shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump from July 2014 to August 2024, with its chapters collected in 42 tankōbon volumes. Set in a world where superpowers have become commonplace, the story follows Izuku Midoriya, a boy who was born without a Quirk but still dreams of becoming a superhero himself. He is scouted by the world's greatest hero, All Might, who bestows his Quirk to Midoriya after recognizing his potential, and helps to enroll him in a prestigious high school for superheroes in training.

My Hero Academia: Two Heroes is a 2018 Japanese animated superhero film based on an original story featuring the characters of My Hero Academia manga series by Kōhei Horikoshi. Produced by Bones and distributed by Toho, the film is directed by Kenji Nagasaki from a script written by Yōsuke Kuroda and features an ensemble cast that includes Daiki Yamashita, Kenta Miyake, Mirai Shida, Katsuhisa Namase, Nobuhiko Okamoto, Ayane Sakura, Kaito Ishikawa, Yuki Kaji, Marina Inoue, Toshiki Masuda, Ryō Hirohashi, Tasuku Hatanaka, Kei Shindō, and Rikiya Koyama. In the film, taking place between the Final Exams and the Forest Training Camp story arcs of the manga, Izuku Midoriya / Deku accompanies Toshinori Yagi / All Might in visiting his old friend at I-Island when Villains attack the artificial moving island.

My Hero Academia (TV series)

My Hero Academia is a Japanese anime television series produced by Bones, based on the manga series My Hero Academia by Kōhei Horikoshi. The series follows Izuku Midoriya, a boy who dreams of becoming a superhero while training at a high school specializing in it. The anime series aired a total of eight seasons from April 3, 2016, to December 13, 2025.

Kōhei Horikoshi

Kōhei Horikoshi is a Japanese manga artist known for creating the manga series Oumagadoki Zoo, Barrage, and My Hero Academia, all of which have been serialized in Shueisha's shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump. His latter work had over 100 million copies in circulation by April 2024, making it one of the best-selling manga series of all time. Horikoshi is a graduate of Toho High School and Nagoya University of Arts and is a native of Aichi Prefecture. He was a former assistant for Yasuki Tanaka, creator of the manga series Summer Time Rendering, Hitomi no Catoblepas, and Kagijin.

My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising is a 2019 Japanese animated superhero film based on an original story featuring the characters of My Hero Academia manga series by Kōhei Horikoshi. Produced by Bones and distributed by Toho, the second film of the franchise was directed by Kenji Nagasaki from a script written by Yōsuke Kuroda and stars Daiki Yamashita and Nobuhiko Okamoto as part of an ensemble cast. In the film, Izuku Midoriya, Katsuki Bakugo, Ochaco Uraraka, and their classmates visit Nabu Island where they must save a group of islanders from a villain with an unfathomable Quirk.
