The Legend of Korra is a 2014 action-adventure game developed by PlatinumGames and published by Activision, based on the animated television series of the same name which aired on Nickelodeon from 2012 to 2014. It was released in October 2014 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Windows, Xbox 360 and Xbox One, and received mixed reviews.

The Legend of Korra

The Legend of Korra is an American animated fantasy action drama television series created by Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko for Nickelodeon. It is a sequel to their previous series Avatar: The Last Airbender (2005–2008), and ran for 52 episodes ("chapters") across four seasons ("books") from April 14, 2012, to December 19, 2014. It has since continued as a comic book series.

The Legend of Korra: Turf Wars

The Legend of Korra: Turf Wars is a three-part graphic novel series written by Michael Dante DiMartino, with art by Irene Koh. It serves as a canonical continuation of the animated television series The Legend of Korra, created by DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko. The graphic novel trilogy is set after the show's final season, with Avatar Korra dealing with the aftermath of Kuvira's attack on Republic City, while also exploring her new relationship with Asami Sato.

Nickelodeon Animation Studio Inc. is an American animation studio owned by Paramount Skydance Corporation through CBS Studios. It has created original animated television programs for Nickelodeon, Nicktoons, and Nick Jr., such as SpongeBob SquarePants, Dora the Explorer, The Fairly OddParents, Rugrats, Blue's Clues, Hey Arnold!, Avatar: The Last Airbender, and The Loud House, among various others. Since the 2010s, the studio has also produced its own series based on preexisting IP purchased by Paramount Skydance Corporation, such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Winx Club. In November 2019, Nickelodeon Animation Studio signed a multiple-year output deal for Netflix, which included producing content in both new and preexisting IP for the streaming platform, while also doing so for Paramount+.

The Legend of Korra: Ruins of the Empire

The Legend of Korra: Ruins of the Empire is a three-part graphic novel series written by Michael Dante DiMartino, with art by Michelle Wong. The series was first announced in October 2018 as a three-part extended sequel to The Legend of Korra: Turf Wars, with the story centering on Avatar Korra and her allies as they deal with the fallout of Kuvira's surrender in the Earth Kingdom. Avatar Korra's romantic relationship with her close longtime friend Asami is also further explored in the series.

Studio Mir Co., Ltd. is a South Korean animation studio based in Seoul. Among other works, the studio animated most of the American TV series The Legend of Korra, the fourth season of The Boondocks, Voltron: Legendary Defender, Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts, Dota: Dragon's Blood, Skull Island, My Adventures with Superman, X-Men '97 and Devil May Cry, along with films like Big Fish & Begonia, Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion's Revenge and The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf.
