Fito Páez

Rodolfo "Fito" Páez is an Argentine Latin rock musician and filmmaker. A former member of the Trova Rosarina, he is dubbed the "Troubadour of Argentine rock" and is considered an important figure in the genre and in Latin music.

Astor Piazzolla

Astor Pantaleón Piazzolla was an Argentine tango composer, bandoneon player, and arranger. His works revolutionized the traditional tango into a new style termed nuevo tango, incorporating elements from jazz and classical music. A virtuoso bandoneonist, he regularly performed his own compositions with a variety of ensembles. In 1992, American music critic Stephen Holden described Piazzolla as "the world's foremost composer of Tango music".

Soda Stereo

Soda Stereo was an Argentine rock band formed in Buenos Aires in 1982. The band's membership consisted of singer-guitarist Gustavo Cerati, bassist Zeta Bosio and drummer Charly Alberti. During their career, the band released seven studio albums before disbanding in 1997. Soda Stereo is the best-selling Argentine band of all time, having sold seven million records by 2007.

Mercedes Sosa

Haydée Marta Mercedes Sosa Girón was an Argentine singer who was popular throughout Latin America and many countries outside the region. With her roots in Argentine folk music, Sosa became one of the preeminent exponents of El nuevo cancionero. She gave voice to songs written by many Latin American songwriters. She was hailed as the "voice of the voiceless ones", and often called "the conscience of Latin America".

Carlos Gardel

Carlos Gardel was a French-born Argentine singer, composer and actor, and the most prominent figure in the history of tango. He was one of the most influential interpreters of popular music in the first half of the 20th century. Gardel is the most famous tango singer of all time and is recognized throughout the world. Described variously as a baritone or tenor because of his wide vocal range, he was known for his rich voice and dramatic phrasing. Together with lyricist and long-time collaborator Alfredo Le Pera, Gardel wrote several classic tangos.

Tini (singer)

Martina Stoessel, known professionally as Tini, is an Argentine singer, actress, dancer and model. She began her career as a child actress, by appearing on the Argentine children's television series Patito Feo (2007). Tini rose to fame for her title role in the Disney Channel Latin America telenovela Violetta (2012–2015), which became an international success and established her as a teen idol. She achieved success on Latin American and European charts with multiple soundtracks, and reprised the character in the series' sequel film Tini: The Movie (2016).

Lali Espósito

Mariana "Lali" Espósito is an Argentine singer, actress, dancer, and model. She began her career in 2003 in the children's telenovela Rincón de Luz. Espósito continued to build her acting and singing career with subsequent supporting roles in other telenovelas such as Floricienta and Chiquititas. However, it was her main role in the telenovela Casi Ángeles that really propelled her to fame, making her a household name in Latin America, the Middle East, and Europe. From 2007 to 2012, she was a part of the popular teen pop band Teen Angels, which originated from the television series Casi Ángeles. The group was commercially successful and toured throughout Argentina and countries such as Israel, Spain, Italy, and Latin America.

Charly García

Carlos Alberto García Moreno, better known by his stage name Charly García, is an Argentine singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, composer and record producer, considered one of the most important rock musicians in Argentine and Latin American music. Named "the father of rock nacional", García is widely acclaimed for his recording work, both in his multiple groups and as a soloist, and for the complexity of his music compositions, covering genres like folk rock, progressive rock, symphonic rock, jazz, new wave, pop rock, funk rock, and synth-pop. His lyrics are known for being transgressive and critical towards modern Argentine society, especially during the era of the military dictatorship, and for his rebellious and extravagant personality, which has drawn significant media attention over the years.

Andrés Calamaro

Andrés Calamaro is an Argentine musician, composer and Latin Grammy winner. He is considered one of the greatest and most influential rock artists in Spanish. He is also one of the most complete artists for his wide range of musical styles, including funk, reggae, ballads, boleros, tangos and jazz. His former band Los Rodríguez was a major success in Spain and throughout Latin America mainly during the 1990s. He is multi-instrumentalist and became one of the main icons of Argentine rock, selling over 1.3 million records to date.

Gustavo Cerati

Gustavo Adrián Cerati Clark was an Argentine musician and singer-songwriter who gained international recognition for being the leader, vocalist, composer, and guitarist of the rock band, Soda Stereo. He is widely considered by critics and musicians as one of the most important and influential artists of Latin rock.

Paulo Londra

Paulo Ezequiel Londra is an Argentine rapper and singer. His music has topped Argentine charts and has been highly successful across Argentina and Latin America.

Nicki Nicole

Nicole Denise Cucco, known professionally as Nicki Nicole, is an Argentine rapper and singer-songwriter. Born and raised in Rosario, Santa Fe, she gained popularity with her singles "Wapo Traketero", "Colocao", "Mamichula", "Mala Vida", and "Marisola" (remix). At the 68th Annual Grammy Awards, she received her first Grammy nomination for Best Música Urbana Album for her 2024 album Naiki.

Luis Alberto Spinetta

Luis Alberto Spinetta, nicknamed "El Flaco", was an Argentine singer, guitarist, composer, writer and poet. One of the most influential rock musicians of Argentina, he is widely regarded as one of the founders of Argentine rock, which is considered one of the first incarnations of Spanish-language rock. Born in Buenos Aires, he was the founder of several iconic rock bands including Almendra, Pescado Rabioso, Invisible, Spinetta Jade, and Spinetta y Los Socios del Desierto. In Argentina, January 23rd is celebrated as "Día Nacional del Músico" in honor of Spinetta's birth.

Bizarrap

Gonzalo Julián Conde, known professionally as Bizarrap or BZRP, is an Argentine record producer, songwriter and DJ. He specializes in EDM, Latin trap and Latin hip-hop. He is known for his BZRP Music Sessions, a series of independent tracks which he records with a wide variety of artists. He was nominated for a Latin Grammy Award for Producer of the Year in 2021 and 2023.
