Dwarfstar

Dwarfstar (Sylbert Rundine) is a DC Comics supervillain introduced by Gail Simone in The All-New Atom #2. He was the archenemy of Ryan Choi. Dwarfstar made his live-action debut in the fourth season of The Flash, portrayed by Derek Mears.
