Cyprus in the Eurovision Song Contest

Cyprus has been represented at the Eurovision Song Contest 42 times since its debut in 1981. The Cypriot participating broadcaster in the contest is the Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation (CyBC). Its first entry was "Monika" performed by the group Island, which finished sixth. The country's best result is a second-place finish with "Fuego" by Eleni Foureira in 2018.
