Billie Ray Martin

Billie Ray Martin is a singer-songwriter and artist based in Germany, best known for her single "Your Loving Arms", which reached the top 10 of the UK singles chart (#6) and the Irish Singles Chart (#8), reached No. 1 in Italy and No. 1 on the Dance Club Chart in 1995. Before her solo releases, Martin appeared as one of the vocalists on the S'Express UK top 10 hit single "Hey Music Lover" (1989).
