Bill Pitman

William Keith Pitman (February 12, 1920 – August 11, 2022) was an American guitarist and session musician. He worked as a first-call studio musician in Los Angeles, playing on numerous records of the rock and roll era. Pitman was part of The Wrecking Crew group of session musicians and backed artists such as Bobby Darin, Frank Sinatra and Pat Boone. He played ukelele on the Academy Award-winning song "Raindrops Keep Fallin' on My Head", and Danelectro guitar on the theme song forThe Wild Wild West.
